  1. How do I get started? To get started easily, follow the steps below:
    1. Download and install the Klorofil Platform installer in Klorofil Download Center. In the installation directory, you will get documentation and some working samples.
    2. Subscribe to Klorofil Feed or Klorofil Newsletter in order to be notified for new releases, website updates and other Klorofil related information.
    3. Register to Klorofil Collaboration Project and get in to the forum to discuss everything related to Klorofil Collaboration Project.
  2. Where can I get the Klorofil Platform source code? The source code of the Klorofil Platform is provided with the installer. To get the source code, download the Klorofil Platform installer.
  3. Where is the Klorofil Platform documentation? The documentation of the Klorofil Platform can be downloaded at Documentation Download in Klorofil Download Center.
  4. Where can I find code examples? The code examples of the Klorofil Platform can be downloaded at Sample Code Download in Klorofil Download Center.
  5. Which operating systems does the Klorofil Platform support? Currently, Klorofil Platform was designed to run on Windows and Linux. The list of supported operating systems will constantly be added in order to support more operating systems such as Solaris and MacOS. Please go to Klorofil Roadmap for more information about the schedule.
  6. How frequently is the source updated? The source will be updated approximately every month. In the future, we plan to provide more frequent updates. Please read Klorofil Roadmap for more detail update schedule.
  7. How do I write a simple "Hello World" gambArt program? We have built a "Hello World" example that was designed to make such thing easier. You can download the example in Klorofil Download Center.
  8. How do I make feature requests? Feature requests can be made through Klorofil Forum. To request a feature, please go to Feature Request forum.
  9. How do I install Klorofil Platform? Installation instructions can be found at Klorofil Download Center
  10. How do I uninstall Klorofil? In Windows platform, to uninstall the Klorofil Platform from your system, click Start &gt Programs &gt Klorofil &gt Uninstall Klorofil. You can also use the Add/Remove Programs utility in the Microsoft Windows Control Panel.
  11. How do I ask questions? Technical questions that are not answered in the FAQ or in the documentation should be posted to the forums. These forums are public, so do not include any confidential information in your posting. For non-technical questions, please e-mail us through the address described in the Contact Information page or through Klorofil Feedback form.
  12. I found a bug while using the Klorofil Platform. How do I report it? To report a bug, follow the steps below:
    1. Download and install the latest version of the Klorofil Platform to ensure the bug you are reporting hasn't already been fixed.
    2. If it hasn't been fixed, please go to Klorofil Bug forum to see if someone else has already entered a bug report similar to yours.
    3. If you not found anything, you can report the bug through the forum
  13. Do I need a working copy of PHP on my computer? No. A PHP binary is included in The Klorofil Platform installer.
