If I install klorofil, will it mess up my intallation of Apache/Mysql and PHP ?
My PHP settings are inside of c:\windows\php.ini
My apache is inside of c:\appserv\apache
My apache is inside of c:\appserv\mysql

No, it won't disrupt existing PHP + Apache installation. Klorofil has its own setting and configuration. It runs independently.
